The current Committee of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) Recognized Educational Partner process is an annual cycle that runs from June to June every year. Following feedback received from current partners, the Committee has decided to update the Recognized Educational Partner annual cycle to match the calendar year (January to January) in order to lessen confusion for everyone.
Moving forward, the annual process will launch around the November timeframe for the upcoming cycle. Current Recognized Educational Partners will need to take the following actions within 60 days of receiving the automated renewal guidance to maintain their status:
- Recommit to the updated agreement form
- Pay the annual royalty fee (unless a waiver is submitted and approved)
- Submit training reporting requirements from the previous cycle year
In return, partners will receive an updated red logo reflective of the calendar year ahead for use on training and marketing materials.
In the meantime, if your organization is a current Recognized Educational Partner, please be on the lookout for the 2024 red logo, which will be distributed to your organization shortly. There is no action required from your organization at this time. If you do not receive the 2024 red logo or are not a current partner, please reach out so we can ensure your partner status with the Committee.
